Time for Dessert


I was recently given a book on food photography. I've learned that many of those delectable photos you see of food in the magazines are the result of many hours of preparation to make the food look really good - make-up artists - set designers - whole crews of folks assigned to the job. My shot is unadorned. Just natural light. This vanilla ice creme/bread pudding dish was served at a place called Abuelita's in the Topanga Canyon section of Los Angeles.
