This United Oil gas station on Slauson Avenue in the Ledera Heights section of Los Angeles had been in the 'under construction' phase for many, many months.
Finally, its futuristic design - sadly lacking in much of the latest architecture in southern California- has become a welcome sight in the otherwise boring world of the gas station.
The sweeping horseshoe shaped roof is eye-catching and the best thing about this gas station is that its prices are lower than most other petrol places in the county. Style AND substance can't be beat.
