Yum - It's Oscars Time

You are looking at Salmon Oscars - on a thin crust topped by some of the finest caviar money can buy. Or in this case, the best the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences can afford. This creation - by Oscars' chef Wolfgang Puck - will be served (as it is every year) at the annual Governor's Ball following the Academy Awards. Looks really good ... and good for you as well - just packed with heart-healthy omega-3's.
