It looks like umpire Eric Cooper (l) is giving Royals' second baseman Mike Aviles a lesson in how to make a convincing call. The ump seems to be saying, "Slightly bend the knees and point with your right hand while you steady your shoulder with your left hand." Aviles needs to get that gloved hand a little higher - otherwise he seems to have the hang of the motion.
