The front steps of the downtown Burbank AMC movieplex is the perfect setting to practice slow shutter speed photography. It's a little tricky (and time consuming) to find the right settings but after several combinations of f-stop and shutter speed-while using the Manual setting-I finally got something I liked. At 2.8 and 1/5 of a second (200 ISO), I moved the camera just after pressing the shutter button to create the streaks of color.
