The game at Yankee Stadium was on network TV and a blimp was used to get panoramic shots. On a bright day in the Bronx, the shadow of the giant airship cast an interesting shadow on the field. The big shadow passed over the field very quickly but I figured out when it might be coming over (by watching for a technician on top of the scoreboard) and I was ready. It reminded me of a late 1970's movie called Black Sunday that involved a blimp and some nasty things happening at a major sporting event.

Not A Dark Cloud

The big shadow passed over the field very quickly but I figured out when it might be coming over (by watching for a technician on top of the scoreboard) and I was ready.
